Global EOR platforms charge $599/month for coverage across 150 countries you'll never use. We charge $249/month — Philippines-only, which means we go deeper on local compliance: DOLE filings, 13th month, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and labor counsel with a 4-hour response SLA.

EOR contracts are delivered in 72 hours — that's a written SLA, not an estimate. Managed Teams (Ops Pods) deploy within 30 days. We pre-configure the team structure, AI workflow integrations, and tooling before Day 1.

There's no minimum for EOR — you can start with a single hire. Managed Teams are packaged in Ops Pod units of 5–15 FTE. There are no enterprise minimums, no commitments to 500 seats.

Yes — all Philippine statutory requirements are automated through our EOR engagement. SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, 13th month, holiday pay, and labor code compliance are managed by our in-house Philippine labor counsel.
